About the Position

Description

Monroe County Youth Soccer, Inc. d/b/a Cutters Soccer Club, a 501(c)3, is seeking an executive director reporting to the President of the Board of Directors for this evolving non-profit organization. The Cutters Soccer Club provides Bloomington and surrounding south-central communities with competitive and recreational soccer opportunities for players ages 5 to 18.  The Cutters Soccer Club provides a positive environment while promoting fair play and player development for residents of Monroe County and surrounding communities, encouraging players to develop a passion for the game and to maximize their potential.

Requirements:

Supervisory experience and experience with non-profit fundraising, sales or marketing are strongly recommended. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required and advanced degree in finance, business administration, or non-profit management or professional equivalent experience is preferred. Position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build stakeholder relationships, a high-level of organization, and computer proficiency specifically, Microsoft Office – Excel and Word. Applicant should be self-motivated, be able to work autonomously and also be able to lead teams of volunteers.
