An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held annually by US Youth Soccer, US Soccer Federation and Indiana Soccer as required by their by-laws. Representatives from Indiana Youth Soccer (usually the President, Executive Director or their designate) attend the US Youth Soccer and US Soccer Federation AGM's each year.
The Indiana Soccer membership is encouraged to attend the Indiana Soccer AGM, generally held within the first 3 months of each calendar year. Notice of the particular time and place of the Indiana Soccer Annual General Meeting will be sent to each club president by mail at least 30 days prior to the event. Notice of the 2012 meeting was mailed to all club presidents on January 25, 2012.

Each member club receives votes according to the player count of the club from the previous seasonal year. The president of each club is authorized to vote for their individual club and if that person cannot be in attendance, he may assign his vote to another club board member.
Club voting strength is as follows:
- 0 - 250 players 1 vote
- 250 - 500 players 2 votes
- 500 - 750 players 3 votes
- 750 -1000 players 4 votes
- over 1000 players 5 votes

- Indiana Soccer President's and Directors of Coaching are invited to hear Erwin van Elst discuss and demonstrate the RMA approach to teaching youth the correct technical skills which will help take their game to the next level. A lite lunch will be served. This workshop is an exceptional opportunity that all clubs are encouraged to take advantage of. The session will be presented from 1-4pm on Saturday, February 25th during the workshops. The fee for this workshop for non members is $139 (fee will be collected at the door). Indiana Soccer members will be charged a minimal $15/person in their club's Gotsoccer account. Reservations are required. Saturday workshops and Sunday events are held in conjunction with the Indiana Soccer Annual General Meeting each year. These workshops are approximately one hour in length, and topics vary according to the needs and interests of the membership.
