Every November, the staff of Indiana Soccer conducts 2 hour meetings in multiple locations throughout the state. During these District Meetings, Indiana Soccer representatives meet with club members to exchange ideas and continue to work toward creating a better environment for youth soccer in Indiana. These meetings are also a very important avenue to communicate important news and upcoming events. Members are invited to participate in round table discussions, ask questions and offer feedback.
In 2009, 12 District Meetings were held during the first three weeks of November. Meetings were held in:
- Greencastle
- Lafayette
- New Castle
- Speedway
- Valparaiso
- South Bend
- Fort Wayne
- Edinburgh
- Fishers
- New Albany
- Evansville
- Bedford
