2013 PRESIDENTS CUP RULES:
Complete Rules Document (4/29/2013) Minor adjustments to correct team ages, spelling, and Rule 204, Section 1, part b which now states "Any team that withdraws after the brackets are posted, but before the schedules have been officially published, shall forfeit its registration fee." Replaced "after the draw" since there is no longer a draw in two of the competitions.
