Bloomington Cutters TOPSoccer and Special Olympics Soccer Programs

The outreach program serves youth and adults with mental or physical disabilities aged  5 and up.

TOPSoccer (Year Round; January - December)

Sundays 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Location: Bloomington United Gymnastics and Soccer (BUGS); 2741 Kegg Road, Bloomington, Indiana 47403

Special Olympics Soccer (Year Round; January - December)

Wednesdays 6:45 pm – 7:45pm

Winter/Spring (November – May) (Indoors) Highland Park Elementary School, 900 South Park Drive, Bloomington, Indiana 47403

Summer/Fall (June – October) (Outdoors) Karst Farm Park, 2450 South Endwright Road, Bloomington, Indiana 47403

To register for 2018-2019 Cutters Soccer Club TOPSoccer and Special Olympics Programs go to www.cutterssoccer.org home page scroll down to and click on Register 2018/19 Outreach.  Medical forms and other application materials required by Indiana Soccer will be provided to complete athlete registration.  Want to be a TOPSoccer Buddy or help coach our TOPSoccer and Special Olympic athletes contact Mr. Grubb or Mr. Nosofsky.

Cost is free to players and you will get a Cutters Soccer Club Outreach Jersey.

Indoor soccer at BUGS requires soccer cleats or soccer flats/sneakers, soccer socks, and shin guards.

Indoor soccer at Highland Park Elementary requires soccer flats/sneakers, soccer socks, and shin guards.

Outdoor soccer at Karst Farm Park requires soccer cleats, or soccer flats/sneakers, socks, and shin guards.

US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training and team program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by youth soccer association volunteers. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, who has a mental or physical disability. Our goal is to enable the thousands of young athletes with disabilities to become valued and successful members of the US Youth Soccer family.
