NOTE TO ASSIGNORS: If the STATE APPROVAL shows the referee status to be N/A, please contact your DRA. The DRA needs to contact the SRA with the test date and location the referee took and passed the certification for 2011. The SRA will then set the STATE APPROVAL to YES.

I forget my USERNAME and/or PASSWORD, how do I look it up?

Why do I get e-mail messages from assignors I don't know?

How do I file a game report?
(NOTE: MRL, TPL and Ohio League games do not need reported in GotSoccer.
All other leagues use GotSoccer and filing the reports online is mandatory.)
