For 2016, Indiana Soccer hosted a morning meet and greet networking breakfast,
workshhops, a luncheon, the Annual General Meeting and the 2016 Awards Gala over the course of the day. 
Well over 150 people attended the sessions during the day and found them very informative.
The Awards Gala again sold out with 410 attendees supporting their favorite candidate and to witness
the induction of the new Hall of Fame members.

This informative and fun day is open to all Indiana Soccer Members

The 2016 Indiana Soccer Annual General Meeting was held in Indianapolis Indiana at the Sheraton Hotel, Keystone at the Crossing. 

Annual General Meetings (AGM) are held annually by
US Youth Soccer, US Soccer Federation and Indiana Soccer as required by their by-laws. Representatives from Indiana Soccer (usually thePresident, Executive Director or their designate) attend the US Youth Soccer and US Soccer Federation AGM's each year.
The Indiana Soccer membership is encouraged to attend the Indiana Soccer AGM, generally held within the first 3 months of each calendar year. Notice of the particular time and place of the Indiana Soccer Annual General Meeting will be sent to each club president by mail at least 30 days prior to the event. 

Notice of the 2016 Annual General Meeting will be mailed to each club president by January 21, 2016. 

Club voting strength is as follows: 2009 AGM & Workshops

0 -  250 players     1 vote
250 -  500 players     2 votes       

500 -  750 players     3 votes      
750 -1000 players     4 votes      
over  1000 players    5 votes


Each member club receives votes according to the player count of the club from the previous seasonal year. The president of each club is authorized to vote for their individual club and if that person cannot be in attendance, he may assign his vote to another club board member.
