The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

The goalkeeping training sessions provided above can be modified for any age group.  They are intended to be used as an "extra" position specific training session for the goalkeeper.  Making use of attacking players in  order to strike balls on goal not only allows the training to reality based, but it also allows the coach to identify technical areas that need adjustment.

At the 10U-12U age groups, it is suggested that you not specify one or two particular players as your teams "goalkeepers". Rather, have anyone on the team who wishes to train in goal the opportunity to do so. Players in this age group have not yet entered puberty - thus you have no idea what the physical characteristics will be once they exit it. One further point - NO player should be forced to play the position of goalkeeper if they do not wish to.  This can do more harm than good in the holistic approach to coaching the player.
