Indiana ODP is always trying to grow in our professionalism and ability to develop players according to their needs.  We strive to assist them in reaching their peak as soccer players. Ultimately, that is our goal in our staff identification and selection process - finding those coaches who have the ability to make this happen.

Below is a Google link to the 22/23 ODP Application.  If you or anyone within your coaching staff would be interested in applying to be on the IN ODP Staff, please pass this along to them.  The goal is to up our talent pool in order to meet the demands of our ODP players. We want to make Indiana ODP the preeminent program in the Midwest. This may seem early for some, with our new season not beginning until August 1, but we want to identify the best possible coaches for our staff.

The 21/22 Calendar gives coaches an idea of time commitment.  The 22/23 calendar might not be exactly the same but the one from this year gives an idea on the number of days working.
