ODP Tryouts
The last Indiana Olympic Development Program tryouts for Phase 1 of our 2020-2021 season will be held this Sunday, October 4th. If you cannot make that date, not to worry…open tryouts will continue in Phase 2 starting October 24th. You can check out our calendar on the ODP tryouts page of the website (see the graphic for reference).
Our last opportunity for tryouts for this season will be on December 20th. Tryouts are open to any soccer player that is interested in training with the ODP state pool.
More info about the ODP program and ODP Tryouts:
The Indiana Olympic Development Program goals are to provide for the unfolding of ideas about the game of soccer, to provide the players' confidence and ideas to solve problems the game presents them, and to provide opportunities for the gradual growth and advancement through challenging, creative, and positive training and playing environments. You must be identified and invited to join the Indiana Olympic Development Program. Players must be formally invited to participate in State Pool Training through the tryout process. Indiana ODP tryouts are open to any soccer player. Each player is fairly evaluated in the four components of the game (technical, tactical, psychological, and physical), their creativity and problem-solving ability, their ability to contribute to the team, an individual's versatility as a player, and the ability to be competitive within the current State Pool.
