What Has VEO Done For ODP? |
The Director of ODP & the ODP Staff would like to inform you about the purchase of Veo cameras that will be used to record ODP training sessions and games to allow players to create highlight film for college coaches. Once games & sessions have been recorded, the film will be uploaded to various media platforms for players to easily access.
Indiana Soccer and Indiana ODP recognize the financial burden recent times have placed on many of our families. The new program will be provided for all players at no additional costs. VEO will help enhance a player’s development. As we move into the 2020/21 season more info will be available about the new initiative.

About The Indiana Soccer/VEO Partnership |
Thursday, July 17th, Westfield, IN: Indiana Soccer is happy to announce an official partnership with Danish tech company Veo, the portable and affordable solution that helps soccer teams record and analyze matches and training sessions without the need for a camera operator. The camera has two 4K lenses to capture the entire pitch and AI-powered software automatically detects the ball and creates a broadcast experience of your matches.
The Veo software provides coaches, players, and parents the ability to clip highlights, draw on the screen, and even player directed highlights where users can take over the camera and direct their own highlights for every single player on the pitch.
Todd Sheely, Indiana Youth Soccer ODP Director is excited to offer VEO to the ODP players in Indiana. “The ability for our ODP coaches to break down video and share assessments with players will enhance the current development of everyone. In addition, the players’ ability to create a highlight video for college, and other playing venues, will give Indiana ODP players an opportunity to enrich their current toolbox”, added Todd.
“Indiana Soccer is constantly seeking new technology to provide an advantage for the Indiana Soccer family. Veo is a unique technology that affordably captures high-quality video and allows for an intuitive editing process that can provide an overview of play as well as provide individual player tracking. Indiana Soccer encourages those exploring ways to add a valuable player development tool to their offering to explore the VEO camera and editing software.” stated Dave Guthrie, Executive Director, Indiana Soccer.

Lee Hudson, the U.S Market Manager for Veo said “The state of Indiana is home to one of the country's state of the art complexes, Grand Park! With such an outstanding complex for its members and a rich history of soccer, Veo are proud to align with Indiana Soccer and help the state's players, coaches and parents. Through this relationship, we hope to provide the players of Indiana the opportunity to capture those key moments on film for future use in the college recruitment process. For coaches, Veo offers an important role in developing their match analysis off the field by being able to play games back time after time. All these areas coupled together with the fantastic support of the Indiana soccer staff will see clubs and coaches advance both on and off the field”
