5 Star Clubs/Leagues must have the current version of the following documents on file with Indiana Soccer:

• Mission Statement aligned with Indiana Soccer
• Purpose/Vision Statement aligned with Indiana Soccer
• Club/League Outreach Plan with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

5 Star Clubs/Leagues must participate in Indiana Soccer programs:

• Rec Plus and Travel Club participation with Indiana Soccer League (ISL) or US Youth Soccer National League
• Travel Club participation with Indiana Soccer Cups program (State, Presidents, Challenge, and/or Memorial Cup)
• Adult League participation with Indiana Soccer Adult State Cup
• 100% of players (rec, rec plus, travel, adults, futsal) are registered with Indiana Soccer

5 Star Clubs/Leagues must promote Indiana Soccer:

• Promote Indiana Soccer events, programs, and publications
• Promote Indiana Soccer Olympic Development Program (ODP)
• Club/League website is linked to Indiana Soccer, US Youth Soccer, USASA, US Futsal, US Soccer
