Director of Coaching
 
Jr. Irish Soccer Club is accepting applications for a full-time Director of Coaching (DOC) position. The Club is seeking a motivated and organized person with a strong travel soccer background and strong desire to succeed. The DOC is responsible for creating and implementing coach development and club education programs and also oversees the player development programs for all ages on both the boys’ and girls’ sides. The DOC will oversee all soccer related activities to build upon an existing foundation to help lead Jr. Irish Soccer Club into the next phase of improvement and growth. The candidate must be experienced in leading a coaching staff and effectively communicate both to staff and families in the club. The DOC will work closely with the Operations Manager and report to the Board of Directors (BOD) by following the responsibilities laid out by the BOD.
