About Monroe County Youth Soccer Inc 

Monroe County Youth Soccer Inc. dba Cutters Soccer Club is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) youth soccer club based in Bloomington, Indiana. The club has approximately three hundred fifty (350) U10-U19 age players in its competitive travel program and six hundred (600) U5-U19 age players in its recreation program. The club also provides no cost outreach soccer programs to many youth serving organizations in the Bloomington area. The club was founded in 1978. The club has three full-time positions, five part-time staff and twelve travel coaches as independent contractors. The recreation program has approximately 40 volunteer coaches and 25 trainers who support the volunteer coaches in teaching players soccer skills. US Youth Soccer is hiring for a National League Manage. The League Manager will be responsible for all aspects of assigned “National League Conferences” and will be part of a team of League Managers overseeing a system of Leagues within the USYS National League. The qualified individual will have a dynamic set of responsibilities that will involve both the Midwest and Great Lakes Conferences throughout each seasonal year. The League Manager will have primary responsibilities in the Midwest and Great Lakes Conferences and secondary responsibilities in National League national platforms. During each Conference season, the League Manager will be responsible for both league administration and on-site event operations. Additionally, the League Manager will be responsible for creating and managing an extensive marketing and communications program for assigned Conferences to enhance both the National League and on-site experience for the teams.
