Significant changes are taking shape across the national youth soccer landscape, and we believe these developments have the potential to create meaningful opportunities for Indiana Soccer and the membership we serve.
Since our initial announcement of the upcoming All-Member Meeting, additional information has emerged from U.S. Soccer regarding its plans for the future structure, governance, and administration of youth soccer in America.
These developments have the potential to reshape longstanding relationships among U.S. Soccer, U.S. Youth Soccer, state associations, leagues, and clubs. Importantly, we believe many of these changes will ultimately prove beneficial to Indiana Soccer and its membership.
We believe the information we will share warrants your attention.
Some of the information we will share has not yet been widely communicated to the broader youth soccer community, making this an important opportunity for our members to hear directly from Indiana Soccer leadership.
During our upcoming All-Member Meeting, we will share what we have learned directly from U.S. Soccer, explain the anticipated changes and their potential implications, and discuss why we believe these developments present opportunities to strengthen the services, programs, and support Indiana Soccer provides to its membership.
While significant organizational changes naturally generate questions and uncertainty, we are encouraged by the direction of these developments and optimistic about what they may mean for the future of soccer in Indiana.
Indiana Soccer remains strong, financially sound, and firmly committed to supporting the clubs, leagues, coaches, referees, players, and families we serve. We intend to be active participants in shaping the future of youth soccer, ensuring that the interests of our membership remain at the forefront of our efforts.
