ISL Fall 2026 11U & Over 11U-14U 2nd-4th Divisions: Scheduling Meetings
Coaches/Managers:
ISL 2nd-4th division schedules are ready for review (schedule links below). Before making any changes to your schedule, make sure to do the following:
- Team Contact Information: Review/update contact information for your team (tab at bottom of your schedule).
- If your preferred information differs from what is listed, please update on the “Team Contact” tab AND in your GotSport account.
- Schedule Review: Make sure you have no more than 1 game per day (see exceptions below) AND 2 games in three consecutive days.
- On the initial schedule, NO team should have more than 1 ISL game per day. If your team has more than 1 game per day, work with your opponent(s) to find a new date to move at least one of the games.
- Exceptions: Teams may schedule 2 ISL games in a single day IF teams are in 11U-12U division OR it’s a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th division Evansville team playing in a central play group.
- Minimum required time between games: Teams must have a minimum of three hours between the end of the first game and the beginning of the second game.
- Game Locations: Home team (1st team list on sheet) will host game at its facility UNLESS travel time between the club facilities exceeds 2.5 hours, then ISL will place game at a Neutral location.
- Placement of ISL declared neutral games:
- If either team has a club partnership and/or facility agreement AND the facility is available on the requested date, the game will be placed at a neutrally located facility within the partnership/agreement.
- If neither team has a club partnership/facility agreement, ISL will place the game at a neutral location (a facility that has agreed to host non-club games).
- Placement of ISL declared neutral games:
- Game Conflicts: Work with your opponent to find a new date, time, and/or location. Use “Team Contact” tab to find your opponent’s contact information.
- Game Change Requests: Once agreed by BOTH teams, record the game change request in columns J-M. Each game/request is confirmed during the scheduling meeting.
- All game change requests made prior to the scheduling meeting must be entered on the Google sheet, not a support ticket. ISL will NOT process any support tickets requesting game change that are submitted prior to the scheduling meeting.
- Scheduling Meeting: Each team is to have one representative attend the scheduling meeting. The representative needs to be able to confirm your team’s schedule/game requests. Meeting links will be updated below prior to meeting.
Do NOT submit ANY game change support tickets until AFTER your scheduling meeting.

ISL Fall 2026 GotSport schedules are now ready for review through the button below. ISL attempts to honor requests BUT may adjust game times to better facilitate fields and referees. Make sure to review your ENTIRE schedule and note the updated game numbers.
- Scheduling Requests: If ISL was unable to honor a request or needed to place games more than 2 hours from the requested time, those teams should have received a message about that game.
- ISL’s TBS date is 12/25/2026 (NOT a play date): If you have a game on that date, please work with your opponent to find a date, time, and/or location, then submit the necessary information in a support ticket.
- Games at Grand Park: Games at Grand Park are pending field availability. ISL works with Grand Park management to obtain fields and may need to adjust/reschedule games. Impacted teams will be notified of any changes/restrictions.
- Neutral Games: Please note that neutral games are placed at ISL deemed neutral locations. If a team has arranged an alternate facility and confirmed field usage with the facility/club, please submit a support ticket with the necessary information.
Any change requests must be submitted via a support ticket. Please reference the match number listed in GotSport (not the number from the scheduling meetings).
- Free Change Period: No change fees are assessed for game change requests submitted on or before 8/12/2026.*
- After Free Change Period: Teams/Clubs will be invoiced $100 for each change request.*

Calendar contains all important Indiana Soccer League events, including registration periods, season start and end dates, scheduling meetings, etc.
Referee Fees: Fall 2026-Spring 2027 (ISL)
Referee Pay Chart for 2026 – 2027: Each team brings ½ of the fee in cash denominations that do not require the referees to make change. Only pay referees in attendance. Teams keep the fees for referees who do not show. If the game does not start due to weather and cannot be played, the referees are not paid. If the game starts but is called due to weather, the referees keep their fees. Pay referees prior to kickoff.

2 Forfeit Fees
- Applicable for games not rescheduled/played prior to the end of the season. Fee is in addition to Change Fee.
- Forfeit fees are invoiced at the end of the season (unless support ticket states forfeit).
3 Field Rental Fees
- Teams scheduling a game at an alternate location that is not designated as a neutral site game by ISL will be responsible for all field rental fees. After ISL has placed a neutral game, teams requesting an alternate location may be responsible for any additional field rental fees due to this change.
- Any club/team requested change AFTER game has Grand Park field assignment will be charged to the team requesting the change. (ISL is under contract for games with field assignments.)
Weather Related Updates
Important Note: If the location/field below is closed on your game date, please do NOT assume that your game is cancelled. It may be possible to change the location/status of the game. Make sure to refer to your team’s GotSport schedule for updates and changes.
Team coaches/managers will also receive an email and/or text message (if opted in for text messaging) regarding any changes to your individual game as soon as ISL is notified and able to communicate those changes with you.
