Travel Permits Procedure

Effective 8/1/2026. Indiana Soccer no longer requests/requires member clubs/teams to complete any permission to travel form to travel out of state to a US Soccer member sanctioned tournament.

Indiana Soccer member benefits will now be in effect for all properly registered teams when participating in any tournament sanctioned and hosted by any US Soccer member organization.

If you are attending an event and the host is requiring a state approved permission to travel form, please contact Georgi Emenhiser at georgi.emenhiser@soccerindiana.org
