About Indiana Soccer Workshops & AGM
The Annual General Meetings (AGM) and Workshops are held annually by Indiana Soccer generally within the first 3 months of each calendar year. Everyone is invited to attend and learn more about youth and adult soccer in Indiana.

Membership Attendance
The Indiana Soccer membership is encouraged to attend the Indiana Soccer annual workshops and AGM, Notice of the particular time and place of the Indiana Soccer Annual General Meeting will be sent to each club president by mail at least 30 days prior to the event. There is no charge to attend the workshops or the AGM.

DOC Meeting & Positive Coaching Alliance Presentation: Developing Competitors Through Positive Coaching – PCA/ISA Partnership

At 8:00 AM we will kick off the day with a breakfast meeting for Presidents and Administrators. After the welcome, we will have a presentation from Positive Coaching Alliance: Leading Your Organization – PCA/ISA Partnership
There is no charge to attend this meeting, but we would appreciate you letting us know you plan to attend so we can prepare enough breakfast for everyone.

GOTSPORT will be on-site all day providing training and answering your questions. Gotsport Staff will be here all the way from sunny Florida to assist you!

Do you want to implement a soccer or futsal related project to benefit your area of the Hoosier State? Learn how Indiana Soccer’s Outreach efforts have been implemented in communities of all sizes across the state, including success stories from members of the organization’s new Outreach Task Force.
The forum will also include information on and plans for Indiana’s ongoing efforts regarding TOPSoccer, the community-based training and team placement program for athletes with intellectual, physical or developmental disabilities.

10:00 AM – 10:50 AM – SOCCER NUGGETS FOR RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS in Carmel III

Soccer Nuggets are those little “helpers” that assist you in running training sessions; teaching techniques; making soccer equipment; finding resources to assist your club; member benefits of being an Indiana Soccer member; etc. I’ll present some tricks of the trade and open it up to your needs and wants. Think of this as a one hour help session for club needs when it comes to player development and coaching.

1:30 PM – 3:00 PM – ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AMG) in Carmel III

This is the Annual General Meeting for Indiana Soccer Members. It is open for all members to attend. No pre-registration is required. Attendees will begin signing in at 12:45. At sign in, only the club president or desiganted board member will be given voting credentials.
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM – HALL OF FAME INDUCTION in the Forsyth Room

Join us to celebrate the pinning of the Indiana Soccer Hall of Fame Class of 2025. Reception to follow immediately in the Forsyth Room & Great Room

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM – AWARDS GALA RECEPTION in the Great Room

Indiana Soccer is hosting the evening reception in the Great Room for the Hall of Fame Class of 2025 and pre-event for the Awards Gala. There will be a cash bar and hors d’oeuvres. Club Voting Strength
Each member club receives votes according to the player count of the club from the previous seasonal year. The president of each club is authorized to vote for their individual club and if that person cannot be in attendance, he/she may assign their club votes to another club board member.
