Indiana Soccer is proud to present our players, families, referees, and volunteers with access to a variety of benefits – including a range of health insurance plans through Players Health.
UPDATE FOR NOVEMBER 2025: Indiana Soccer is currently working with Players Health on an updated array of services through insurance industry leader Allstate. Access to that portal will be updated and available by the end of November 2025.

After applying either online or by phone, members can start using their health insurance as early as the following day.
