Indiana Soccer League (ISL) 

Coaches/Managers:

Premier, 1st, & 2nd White schedules are ready for review (schedule links below). Before making any changes to your schedule, make sure to do the following:

1. Team Contact Information: Review/update contact information for your team (tab at bottom of your schedule).
   • If your preferred information differs from what is listed, please update on the “Team Contact” tab AND in your GotSport account.
2. Schedule Review: Make sure you have no more than 1 game per day (see exceptions below) AND 2 games in three consecutive days.
   • On the initial schedule, NO team should have more than 1 ISL game per day. If your team has more than 1 game per day, work with your opponent(s) to find a new date to move at least one of the games.
   • Exceptions: Teams may schedule 2 ISL games in a single day IF teams are in 11U-12U division.
     • Minimum required time between games: Teams must have a minimum of three hours between the end of the first game and the beginning of the second game.
3. Game Locations: Home team will host game at its facility UNLESS travel time between the club facilities exceeds 3.5 hours, then ISL will place game at a Neutral location.
   • Following criteria determines the venue for ISL declared neutral games:
     • Facility within the club umbrella of either team;
     • Club/facility willing to host neutral games;
     • Facility has field availability for the requested date/time.
   • Teams requesting an alternate location may be responsible for any additional field rental fees due to this change.
4. Game Conflicts: Work with your opponent to find a new date, time, and/or location. Use “Team Contact” tab to find your opponent’s contact information.
5. Game Change Requests: Once agreed by BOTH teams, record the game change request in columns J-M. Each game/request is confirmed during the scheduling meeting. All game change requests made prior to the scheduling meeting must be entered on the Google sheet, not a support ticket.
6. Scheduling Meeting: Each team is to have one representative attend the scheduling meeting. The representative needs to be able to confirm your team’s schedule/game requests. Meeting links will be updated below prior to meeting.

Do NOT submit any support tickets for game changes until AFTER your scheduling meeting.

Important Dates

Important Note: Please include club, age group, and team name on check when submitting your team payment, so payment can be accurately recorded.

Calendar contains all important Indiana Soccer League events, including registration periods, season start and end dates, scheduling meetings, etc.

Referee Pay Chart for 2025 – 2026: Each team brings ½ of the fee in cash denominations that do not require the referees to make change. Only pay referees in attendance. Teams keep the fees for referees who do not show. If the game does not start due to weather and cannot be played, the referees are not paid. If the game starts but is called due to weather, the referees keep their fees. Pay referees prior to kickoff.
