Youth Player Registration Forms
Indiana Soccer player registration is completed by member clubs using the GotSport registration platform. Each club maintains their own player registration form to collect the data before submitting to Indiana Soccer through GotSport.

Out of State Player Permission
Out-of-State Player Permissions will be processed online and there will be no charge. Each player requesting Out-of-State permission must use their GotSport account.
